This role is perfect for a driven tax professional who holds an active CPA license and wants to lead complex client engagements while supporting the growth of the accounting team.

• Manage and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Lead strategic tax planning and advisory projects in collaboration with the accounting team and partners.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants to uphold quality in both tax and accounting work.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and professional CPA standards.
• Stay updated on evolving tax regulations to provide accurate guidance.

• Active CPA license required.
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting and tax experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax rules.
• Proven experience as a tax manager with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality in both tax and accounting deliverables.
