Location: OPG Ventures, Butler Pennsylvania

Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Salary: $17-$19 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity across our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent data entry skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Provide accounting support within the Fiscal and Accounting Department by researching and gathering data.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Enter data into accounting software and databases with speed and accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.

• Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to assimilate large volume of data from various sources.
• Accuracy entering data into computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
