Manager of Financial Reporting​/Technical Accounting

Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting | Montgomery County, PA I Up to 140k plus bonus

Growing public company seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to join a highly visible corporate finance team.

• Direct exposure to the CFO and executive leadership team
• Opportunity to own SEC reporting and technical accounting
• Clear path toward Controller as the company continues to grow
• Join a newly enhanced finance organization led by a CFO hired within the last year
• Small, collaborative corporate office with significant visibility and impact

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks
• Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP
• Oversee financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, and external auditors
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Mentor junior accounting staff and help strengthen internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Hands-on, motivated professional looking to grow into a future leadership role
