YWCA Lancaster is hiring a full-time Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is based in Lancaster, PA.
Responsibilities include maintaining ledgers, journal entries, monthly close, budgets, A/P, reconciliations, and grant budgeting. Requires 2+ years in accounting, GAAP knowledge, and Quick Books/Excel proficiency; nonprofit experience preferred.
