Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:

• Assist in managing the month-end close process and preparation of financial statements

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities

• Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies

• Partner with operational leaders to provide reporting and business insights

• Assist with audit coordination, account reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives

• Supervise and develop accounting team members

Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience within manufacturing

• Understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls

• CPA or CPA-track preferred

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

Target Compensation: $120,000-$135,000 + bonus
