A company is looking for a Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements and support C-level personnel.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate all travel-related tasks for the Executive Team and staff, ensuring timely pre-approvals and bookings Organize and maintain digital travel documentation and assist with expense report reviews and approvals Provide accounting support, including credit card reconciliations and final expense report approvals

Required Qualifications Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Google Suite Familiarity with Quickbooks and ERP systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact professionally with all levels of management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related experience preferred
