We are seeking a dependable, motivated Office Support Professional to join our small but dynamic staffing business. This is a hands-on role with a variety of responsibilities that help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you enjoy being involved in different aspects of a business and making a real impact, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities include:
- Human Resources Support:
Participate in employee onboarding, maintain personnel files, and assist with payroll and other HR functions. - Record Control:
Help maintain accurate records and ensure efficient documentation. - Reception & Front Office Duties:
Answer phones, greet visitors, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and provide general administrative support.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
