Senior Executive Administrative Assistant
Salary range: $60,000- $80,000
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred Three to five years related experience and/or training. Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to access the Internet and collect research on methods and samples of procedures and documents in other districts or organizations. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheet software, and word processing software.

Summary
The Senior Executive Assistant for the Superintendent provides high-level confidential administrative support to the Superintendent, handling district-wide strategic initiatives, Board communications, and sensitive matters requiring discretion and judgment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage Superintendent's calendar, travel, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare and distribute Board meeting materials and confidential reports.
- Coordinate district-wide projects and ensure compliance with governance policies.
- Serve as liaison between Superintendent and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assists in maintaining accurate records related to the superintendent's progress toward achieving board identified goals.
- Composes and types routine correspondence.
- Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records for the superintendent.
- Answers and screens supervisor telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.
- Greets scheduled visitors and conducts them to appropriate areas or persons.
- Performs secretarial duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superintendent.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
- Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
- Maintains supervisor's budget.
- Prepares reports for the superintendent.
- Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may be assigned or delegated by the supervisor.
- Handle highly sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
