Join our team as Administrative Support at Devereux Children’s Behavioral Health Center located in Malvern, PA.

Responsibilities
  • Greets visitors and directs to proper area. May be necessary to supervise/assist with residents visiting office areas.
  • Provide a variety of administrative support functions for the daily operation of the hospital.
  • Performs administrative support to respective administrator/director.
  • Maintains necessary records for operation of the unit/center regarding residents, agencies, staff, etc...
  • May coordinate residents/staff travel, maintain office supply inventory.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries and forwards messages to the appropriate individuals in a timely fashion.
  • Enters, evaluates and/or audits data.

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
  • Pay-rate: $17.75 - $20.24 (based upon experience)

Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED required. One year specialized training preferred.
  • Experience:

    Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms, strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
  • Valid driver's license must be maintained.
