Records Management Specialist

Our client is seeking multiple Recording Specialists to join their operations team. These are excellent entry-level opportunities for candidates with strong customer service, administrative, hospitality, or account management experience. Prior industry experience is not required, though candidates with relevant mortgage, title, legal, or recording experience may be considered for higher compensation.

• Prepare legal documents for recording with local courts and municipalities.
• Review deeds, deeds of trust, assignments, releases, powers of attorney, and other related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare recording cover sheets and ensure all required documentation is included prior to submission.
• Calculate and verify recording fees for various legal filings.
• Ensure all documents comply with applicable court recording requirements and filing standards.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve documentation discrepancies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of recordings.

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, account management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Prior experience in mortgage, title, legal, document recording, or real estate operations is a plus but not required.
