Atlantic Group is hiring a Contracts Specialist in Montgomery County, PA for our client, supporting contract administration, document review, and transaction processing within a financial services environment. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing legal and transactional documentation, ensuring accuracy throughout the due diligence process, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate timely contract execution. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career legal administrative professional or paralegal looking to expand their experience in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities as the Contracts Specialist:- Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and process contracts and supporting documentation while ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Document Review: Examine legal and financial documents, verify required information, and identify discrepancies requiring resolution before contract execution.
- Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by organizing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Transaction Coordination: Partner with internal departments to facilitate timely contract processing, resolve documentation issues, and track transaction progress.
- Record Management: Maintain organized electronic files, update internal databases, and ensure documentation is accurately recorded and readily accessible.
- Administrative Support: Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and other operational tasks that support the contracts function.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in legal administration, paralegal support, contract administration, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience reviewing legal documents, contracts, or transactional documentation is preferred.

Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel is required. - Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
