Position OverviewThe Senior Channel Program Specialist is a key contributor to the Entrust Partner Program Design and Operations team, responsible for driving and executing critical components of partner onboarding and partner lifecycle management. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Entrust Partner Program and Partner Technology Platforms and close collaboration with channel sales and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
The Senior Specialist is foundational to the partner experience across Entrust’s Digital Security, Identity Security, and Issuance portfolios.
- Partner Onboarding
- Collaborate with channel sales to manage the new partner inquiry process
- Ensure accurate setup of partner accounts and contacts in Salesforce including access to legal documents and partner engagement platforms
- Drive improvements to efficiencies in partner onboarding and partner experience
- Due Diligence & Agreement Management
- Serve as liaison between Partner Program team and Compliance for partner due diligence assessments and related digital tools
- Guide channel sales and partners through due diligence requirements, agreement issuance and management during onboarding and expansion
- Facilitate migration of partners from legacy agreements to updated templates
- Partner Lifecycle Management
- Contribute to the annual partner review process, including partner program tier review, promotions and demotions
- Drive the audit and update process for roles and contacts, coordinating with regional channel program managers for training governance, partner communications, and platform engagement
- Maintain program guides to reflect updates to the program and changes in products and routes to market
- Drive select aspects of Partner Advisory Council planning and follow up
- Manage all aspects of the partner locator on
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in business management, marketing or equivalent
- 3-5 years of channel operations or sales operations experience;
Digital Security or Issuance business experience a plus - Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner relationships and complex workflows
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with other business platforms
- Must be able to lawfully work in the US with unrestricted work authorization
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and partner management platforms, with willingness to learn new tools
- Can-do attitude with initiative to streamline and implement new processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; multilingual skills are a plus
