• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in procurement and category management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills
• Proven ability to analyze data and present complex concepts clearly

• Experience leading category management at an enterprise level
• Demonstrated thought leadership in procurement through publications or presentations
• Proficiency in procurement technology and market intelligence tools
• Ability to assess and communicate the ROI of category management to stakeholders
• Experience mentoring and developing procurement professionals
