Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain best practices for project management processes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
- Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery
- Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable construction methods
- Local market experience in commercial construction
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
