Job Description

• Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain best practices for project management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools

Preferred

• Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery
• Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable construction methods
• Local market experience in commercial construction
