Description Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow and communication. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, safety incidents, and inventory usage. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders and management regularly.

Profile A successful Superintendent should have:
Proven experience in the property and construction industry, with a focus on managing on-site activities. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents. A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $75000 to $95000 annually.
