Senior Project Manager - Leading Mechanical Contractor

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong mechanical construction background to lead complex mission-critical data center projects in East Pennsylvania.

This role will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This company provides turnkey mechanical and process infrastructure solutions, including HVAC, piping, fabrication, BIM, commissioning, and construction services for critical facilities across the country.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing commercial, industrial, or data center mechanical construction projects, with expertise in HVAC systems, process piping, equipment installation, subcontractor coordination, and complex project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of large-scale data center mechanical construction projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to deliver mission-critical infrastructure.
• Provide leadership throughout preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
• Drive safety, quality control, cost management, and schedule performance.
• Review mechanical designs, drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects, preferably in data centers, mission-critical facilities, semiconductor, industrial, or large commercial environments.
• Strong mechanical background with experience in HVAC, piping systems, plumbing, or process infrastructure.
