The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the property industry, ensuring their completion on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders and managing project teams in Allentown, PA. Client Details A trusted construction management and general contracting firm with more than 40 years of experience, specializing in project planning, design-build services, risk management, and construction oversight.

Known for its collaborative approach, the company helps clients deliver projects efficiently by controlling costs, minimizing risks, and maintaining a strong focus on quality. It serves a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, public, and mixed-use developments. Description Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Lead project teams and foster collaboration among team members and contractors. Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve project issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Profile A successful Project Manager should have:

Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide project teams effectively. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards. A proactive problem-solving approach to handle challenges effectively. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $135,000.
