Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Project & Program Management

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the property industry, ensuring their completion on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders and managing project teams in Allentown, PA. It serves a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, public, and mixed-use developments. Description Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Lead project teams and foster collaboration among team members and contractors. Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve project issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
