Description Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $50M+ preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 USD.
