Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline; equivalent industry experience also considered. 8+ years of experience supporting CSA scopes on large-scale commercial, industrial, life sciences, mission critical, semiconductor, manufacturing, healthcare, or advanced technology projects. Demonstrated experience overseeing civil, structural, concrete, façade, roofing, and architectural work packages. Experience managing both self-performed work and subcontractor-led project execution.
Strong understanding of project sequencing, constructability, project controls, and schedule-driven delivery. Experience supporting projects valued at $500M+. Ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, and design packages. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within fast-paced and highly complex project environments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience on life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or mission critical facilities. Experience supporting projects during early development and infrastructure phases through structural and architectural completion. Understanding of concrete operations, deep foundation systems, utility infrastructure, building envelope systems, and roofing packages. Experience supporting large campus developments or multi-building programs. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Primavera P6, or similar project management platforms.
Experience coordinating multiple trade partners across concurrent work streams.
Job Description We are seeking an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Superintendent to support the execution of a large-scale, highly technical capital program. This individual will serve as a key leader responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of CSA-related scopes, including civil infrastructure, structural systems, concrete operations, building envelope activities, and roofing packages.
The ideal candidate will possess experience supporting large, complex projects within life sciences, mission critical, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, or healthcare environments. They will work closely with project management, project controls, trade partners, design teams, and client stakeholders to ensure work packages are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project objectives.
This role requires strong expertise in early-stage project execution, civil and structural coordination, concrete operations, building envelope systems, and management of both self-performed and subcontracted work activities.
Key Responsibilities Lead coordination and execution of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) project scopes. Partner with project management and planning teams to support schedule development, milestone tracking, and project execution strategies. Coordinate activities between self-perform teams and subcontractor partners to maintain alignment with project objectives. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation to identify potential coordination issues and execution risks. Support planning and sequencing of civil infrastructure, structural systems, concrete packages, building envelope, roofing, and related CSA activities.
Drive collaboration between engineering, project controls, procurement, quality, and project leadership teams. Monitor project progress and proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity, sequencing, and coordination. Participate in project planning meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive reporting activities. Assist with issue resolution, change management efforts, and constructability reviews. Support quality management initiatives and ensure project documentation remains accurate and current. Coordinate turnover requirements, closeout documentation, and milestone deliverables as project phases progress.
Work closely with project leadership to identify and mitigate schedule, cost, and execution risks.
