Reconstruction Project Manager – South & North Allegheny

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the life of the project
• Work as part of a team providing complete restoration services to residential, commercial and institutional customers
• Communicate with clients, project manager/estimators, subcontractors, material vendors and in-house tradesmen throughout projects
• Expedite projects through various construction phases
• Use construction skills to complete projects and self-perform small portions as needed
• Provide quality control through scheduled and surprise site inspections
• Collect payments according to contract
• Improve job profitability through planning, purchasing and organization
• Select and procure materials with clients and production teams
• Manage job communications and scheduling
• Resolve problems creatively
• Supervise field construction and reconstruction projects involving fire, smoke, flood and storm damage

• Valid insurable Pennsylvania Driver's License
• Pass criminal background check
• Pass company drug screening test
• Ability to lift and carry 100 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to 24 ft.
• Ability to climb steps, stand, stoop, kneel and crawl for extended periods
• Ability to communicate in English in written and spoken manner
• Proficient in business and construction math and geometry
• Willingness to lead diverse construction teams and confront deficient performance
• Strong history of successful customer interaction and communication skills
• Strong planning and scheduling skills to start and close out projects
• Attention to detail, including inspection of ongoing and finished construction projects
• Ability to use current technology including smartphone apps and job management software
• Strong skills in a variety of construction-related activities
• Willingness to participate in company emergency on-call program
• Prior experience in property repair and restoration, including fire and water damage, preferred
• Goal-oriented self-starter able to plan and execute project details with little supervision
• Ability to develop a network of trusted trade providers
• Previous experience as a self-employed contractor highly desired
• Ability to understand and use budgets for planning and procuring materials and resources
• Willingness to work varied schedules, extended shifts of 10 hours or more, and occasional Saturdays

Demonstrates strong project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and quality control in construction and restoration services. Proficient in customer communication and team leadership, with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes in residential and commercial settings.
