The company provides construction management, design-build, preconstruction, and general contracting services throughout the region. Description Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and owners throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project progress and assist in maintaining construction schedules. Support cost control efforts by monitoring budgets, procurement activities, and potential project risks. Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Assist with quality control and ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements. Support closeout activities, punch list completion, and final project documentation.
Help maintain project records and reporting systems. Profile A successful Project Engineer should have:
Educational background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs. Job Offer Competitive annual salary between $70,000 and $85,000 USD.
