Overview

Ambassadors are the resort's front-line employees who welcome and greet guests, provide information and directions, and are typically positioned around the entrance to the water park or ski area.

• Ensuring a positive experience for guests by rerouting visitors to expedite flow across various areas.
• Directing the line and flow for tickets and rentals through specific entrance points.
• This position requires mostly outside work.
• Maintain and monitor the Fireside Lounge.
• Observe and monitor the shuttle buses stop.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases or redemption.

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Highest level of customer service.
• Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
