Our advisors provide hands on guidance from initial planning through the client’s return home. At Beyond the Castle Travel, our goal is to remove uncertainty and deliver clarity, so travelers can focus on enjoying their journeys, knowing the details are handled with care.

Role Description

This is a commission based, remote role for an independent Travel Advisor responsible for planning and booking customized travel experiences. You will manage client relationships from initial inquiry through post travel follow up, coordinate directly with cruise lines, tour operators, and suppliers, and ensure each itinerary is planned and executed with attention to detail.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long term client relationships, values organization and follow through, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service throughout the travel process. Advisors are trusted to manage their clients professionally and represent the agency’s standards with care.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience booking travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Understanding of travel agency operations and supplier relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with travel booking tools and CRM systems
  • A genuine interest in travel and helping clients plan meaningful trips
Preferred
  • Prior experience in the travel industry or a client facing service role
  • Military experience or experience in structured, high responsibility environments, including service members, veterans, and military spouses accustomed to detail driven, deadline focused work

This role is best suited for advisors who value professionalism, accountability, and long-term client relationships over high volume, transactional bookings.
