Position: Service Advisor 1 - Parts (11 am to 7:30 pm)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor 1 - Parts role in our Mountaintop facility, located in Mountaintop, PA.

Summary

This position contributes to Cornell‑Cookson’s customer satisfaction principles by responding to customer inquiries regarding parts, quotes and orders including status on all products provided by Cornell Cookson.

Responsibilities/Principal Duties
  • Provide superlative service and support to customers.
  • Improve customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Processing of parts orders and providing parts pricing for repair order for all products.
  • Place orders and generate job sheets to be sent to the shop to manufacture product to fill order request.
  • Communicate with customers verbally and in writing.
  • Provide order status, tracking information and ship date information to customers and others.
  • Release existing quotes for fabrication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Must be highly organized and have a proven ability to work within a team environment.
  • 2-5 years experience interacting with customers preferred.
  • Must possess superior communication skills.
  • Must have experience in a customer service environment communicating with customers, processing or imputing orders and/or high volumes of data entry.
  • Rolling door knowledge and mechanical background a plus.
