Call Center Representative

Description

A growing organization in the Lehigh Valley is seeking a Call Center Representative to join its customer support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

Unlike traditional call center environments that focus heavily on outbound sales, the majority of calls in this position are inbound, assisting customers with questions, account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

+ Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner

+ Assist customers with account information, service inquiries, and general questions

+ Research and resolve customer concerns while providing timely follow-up as needed

+ Accurately document interactions and update customer records within company systems

+ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

+ Maintain a positive customer experience with every interaction

+ Meet established quality, productivity, and attendance expectations

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or related experience preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with customers

+ Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

+ Ability to remain professional and empathetic in a fast-paced environment
