Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for emergency services via emergency and non-emergency phone lines;
Enter accurate and concise data into a CAD system and related tools;
Relay dispatch assignments and information to patient transport crews and supervisory staff via radio and telephone;
Monitor and operate a radio console and track unit status and locations;
Maintain knowledge of jurisdictional boundaries, roads, landmarks and facilities within the service area
