Customer Support Clerk

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face regarding financial legal services and procedures
• Manage client appointments and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
• Ensure all client documentation is accurately processed, filed, and maintained in confidentiality
• Assist in resolving any client disputes or complaints by providing information and solutions in line with HRMM&L policies and industry standards
• Collaborate and coordinate with our legal teams to ensure that client needs are addressed promptly and effectively
• Provide consistent follow-up to clients on the status of their queries or cases
• Educate clients about relevant financial legal processes and any changes in regulations
• Maintain updated knowledge of banking, insurance, and investment industry standards and practices
