Hybrid Call Center Representative

Robert Half is seeking a customer-focused and dependable Hybrid Call Center Representative to join a local team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with questions and concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a high-quality service experience across both remote and in-office environments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable with technology, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Make outbound calls as needed for follow-up, appointment scheduling, surveys, or issue resolution
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying needs, researching solutions, and documenting interactions
• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet performance goals related to call quality, response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in both remote and in-office settings
• Attend required training sessions, team meetings, and coaching sessions
