As a Tutor at our Wexford, PA Center, you will play a vital role in empowering students to reach their academic goals and unlock their full potential. This part-time position offers flexible afternoon, evening, and/or weekend shifts, allowing you to make a positive impact on students' lives while maintaining a work-life balance.

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and academic levels.
• Deliver personalized lessons tailored to each student's unique learning needs.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions, engage in discussions, and develop critical thinking skills.
• Track and monitor students' progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure students' academic success.
• Stay updated on current educational practices and utilize innovative teaching techniques to enhance students' learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student attendance, and academic achievements.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject area(s) you will be tutoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to develop a love for learning.
• Flexibility to work afternoon, evening, and/or weekend shifts based on students' availability.
