School Nurse – LPN

This is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday during school hours, providing one-on-one nursing support at the elementary level. You will play a vital role in supporting a student with medical needs, working closely with the educational team to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

  Full-time (approximately 35-40 hours/week)

• Provide 1:1 nursing support for a female student with cerebral palsy.
• Administer daily care, including G-tube feedings.
• Monitor the student’s medical needs and respond to any health-related concerns during the school day.
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service providers to support the student’s educational and medical plan.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation as required by the school district.

• Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience working with students or children with medical complexities.
• G-tube care experience is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
