We are seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, and testing of advanced electronic and software-driven systems used in high-reliability environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys breaking down complex technical problems, working across multiple engineering disciplines, and contributing to full lifecycle development from requirements through verification.
This position involves hands‑on system integration, analysis of hardware and software interactions, documentation support, and collaboration with engineering, test, and product teams. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, comfortable working in structured environments, and motivated by technical challenges that require both analytical thinking and practical execution.
Responsibilities- Support system requirements development, traceability, and interface documentation
- Assist with system integration activities, including lab setup, test execution, and troubleshooting
- Perform verification and validation tasks, including writing and executing test procedures
- Analyze system behavior, document findings, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues
- Participate in design reviews, requirements reviews, and system performance assessments
- Contribute to configuration control, change management, and system documentation updates
- Work cross functionally with software, hardware, quality, and product teams to align technical objectives
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- Two to five years of experience in systems engineering, integration, or verification roles
- Understanding of system requirements, test planning, and structured engineering environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across hardware and software boundaries
- Experience working with lab equipment, system testing, or multi‑component architectures
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Someone who thrives in fast paced technical environments
- Strong problem solving ability and willingness to dig into system level issues
- Interest in working across multiple engineering disciplines
- Long term interest in growing within systems engineering
