Civil Engineer / Municipal Project Manager
Location:
Bucks County, PA | Onsite 5 days | $130-180k | Full-Time | Direct Hire
- Manage multiple municipal and private sector civil engineering projects simultaneously.
- Serve as a client‑facing representative for municipalities, authorities, and private clients.
- Attend and represent projects at public meetings, planning board meetings, and municipal hearings.
- Lead and mentor junior engineering staff and project teams.
- Coordinate project execution, schedules, and deliverables across active workflows.
- Support engineering design, project management, and municipal consulting efforts.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong background in municipal engineering, land development, or civil/site engineering.
- Experience working with municipalities, municipal authorities, and public‑sector clients.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
