Join our team of leaders in electrical power system maintenance, repair, testing, engineering, and training. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a New Grad Electrical Engineer – Power Studies Associate.

• Electrical Engineering Studies: Perform electrical engineering studies, including power factor analysis, harmonic modeling, grounding analysis, short‑circuits, protective device coordination, and arc‑flash studies for domestic and international projects.
• Engineering Design and Analysis: Provide engineering‑related design, analysis, and studies. Design and troubleshoot protective relaying and controls.
• Field Services Support: Occasionally work with the Field Services team on shutdown, startup, installation, and maintenance projects.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to gather critical information, review engineering plans, and maintain professional relationships.
• Hands‑on Engineering: Be hands‑on with the engineering and field service group.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a graduation date on or before December 2025. Prefer candidates with an educational focus in Power Systems studies.
• Field Work: Willingness to be hands‑on and work in the field alongside our field technicians.

  Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with SKM, ETAP, ASPEN, Easy Power, or other power system modeling software is a plus.
• Communication: Must be able to clearly communicate in English via verbal and written methods, and effectively communicate directly to customers and co‑workers.
• Experience: Knowledge or high level understanding of performing protective relay projects, short‑circuit, protective device coordination, arc‑flash, and power quality studies is a plus. Utility design experience is a plus.

USD $34.00 – $42.00 per year.
