** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
**** How you'll make an impact
*** Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization
* Communicate safety programs to ensure shared understanding
* Train, coach, and guide teams on safety best practices
* Monitor compliance and resolve nonconformance issues
* Support leadership in accident prevention and risk mitigation
* Conduct risk assessments across facilities, tools, and workflows
* Lead audits, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions
* Maintain and enhance systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
** Your background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in safety and environmental roles
* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations in manufacturing environments
* Experience developing and managing safety systems
* Hands-on problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
