Mechanical Design Drafter

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Drafter to support engineering and product development efforts for complex mechanical systems. This role will focus on creating 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings using CAD tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models, layouts, and 2D drawings using Solid Works
• Review and update drawings for accuracy and manufacturability
• Manage revisions and documentation changes
• Create bills of materials and select components
• Support product specifications and standard procedures

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Mechanical Design, CAD Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Solid Works and 2D CAD (PDM experience preferred)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, assemblies)
• Familiarity with GD&T, tolerances, and drafting standards
