In this role, you will design, optimize, and validate polymer extrusion processes for critical infusion and medical products. You will lead scale-up from concept to full production, ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and cGMP standards. Working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Operations, you will drive continuous improvement in product quality, safety, and efficiency.
