B. Braun seeks an OEM R&D Sr. Staff Engineer to lead development of innovative infusion, nutrition, and pain management products. You will own full product lifecycle from concept through design, verification, and technical transfer, ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and cGMP. Partner with OEM customers and cross-functional teams to define requirements, execute DOEs, manage risk, and deliver robust, manufacturable designs.

Mentor engineers, drive continuous improvement, and support a culture of safety, learning, and collaboration that advances patient care worldwide.
