- Oversee payroll and payroll tax processing for the organization
- Collaborate with HR on expat taxation and payroll policies
- Identify opportunities to enhance payroll systems and processes
- Lead the development and delivery of payroll communications and training
- Perform financial analyses and reconciliations related to payroll
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of experience and education
- At least 5 years of related work experience processing payroll in a lead role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi‑jurisdiction payroll taxes
- Proficiency in Workday payroll processing with at least 3 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, and GAAP
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
- Experience in nonprofit organizations and grants accounting
- Familiarity with accounting modules of Workday
- Mature orthodox Christian faith and strong commitment to organizational values
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
