Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain commercial finance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools Analyze actuals versus plan for volume, mix, pricing, trade, and margin; identify risks and opportunities Build and develop the commercial FP&A function, managing and mentoring direct reports
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Trade Management, or Financial Planning & Analysis Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills Familiarity with financial planning applications like Net Suite and BI is a plus Exceptional judgement and maturity in managing ambiguity
