Loyalty Rebate Analyst

Role Overview

US Remote – Contract Administration & Rebate Processing

• Assist with customer pricing and contract set‑up and review within the Zoetis rebating systems.
• Review rebates in accordance with Zoetis customer agreements and marketing offers.
• Prepare customer rebate statements for mailing.
• Prepare sales reporting for Sales, Finance, and Marketing to support Zoetis customer agreements, including pricing, strategic, and cross‑species cross‑portfolio programs.
• Respond to Zoetis customer and field‑force inquiries related to contracts, rebates, reporting, and payments.
• Perform customer data and supplier maintenance/review.
• Demonstrate Zoetis leader’s behaviors and act as a team player in support of all Loyalty Support responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in a customer‑oriented contract management, pricing, or comparable role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required.
• Process‑oriented and able to contribute to creating new procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple priorities.

• Base salary range: $54,000 – $78,000 (may vary by location and other factors).
