Collections Specialist
This Collections Specialist will function within the Finance Department, with a primary focus on overdue account follow-up, dispute resolution, customer communication, and cash collection execution. This role helps improve visibility, accountability, and timeliness of collections activity while supporting overall cash flow performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of collections experience
- 3+ years of experience reviewing the aging report
- 3+ years of experience lowering the DSO
- Able to work within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel
- Proficient within a large scale ERP

This is a contract position based out of Allentown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
