Finance Manager (Supply Chain & Logistics) – Glen Mills, PA
SummaryFinance Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics Americas responsible for consolidation, coordination, and strategy setting for all supply chain and logistics financial analysis for the Americas region. The role interfaces with supply chain, operations, finance, and business teams to provide management with necessary data, analysis, and insight to support operating, accounting, and business decision-making. Reports directly to the Global Finance Director, COE.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee detailed financial planning, reporting, and analysis of logistics and supply chain costs for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, providing in-depth analysis to senior management.
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for supply chain and logistics costs, consolidating all submissions from business segments.
- Partner with regional supply chain teams to provide data and insights that align operational and financial goals and drive results.
- Analyze and forecast inventory with supply chain and logistics teams, assessing impact on working capital and cash flow.
- Track and drive cost savings projects.
- Develop and improve internal management reporting processes and policies.
- Plan, manage, model, and analyze projects related to supply chain and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and corporate finance.
- Exceptional financial acumen covering analytical, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Proven business partner track record with a strong internal customer‑service focus.
- Strong problem‑solving and process improvement skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, able to present complex concepts clearly to all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP and business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g., SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI).
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages considered a plus.
- Minimum six years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or accounting.
- Experience in a leading global manufacturing business, public company, or private‑equity‑backed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline.
