Keyqualifications:
- One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 3 or equivalent federal job title
- Three years of professional fiscal administration experience with a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- Pennsylvania residency requirement
- Ability to perform budget analysis, financial review, and expenditure projection
- Staff supervision and training capabilities
