The Sr. Network Operations Analyst is responsible for leading complex operational analysis efforts and executing tactical plans to resolve challenging business and operational issues. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, analyze complex problems, develop strategic solutions, and implement effective resolutions that minimize disruption to business activities. The Sr. Network Operations Analyst will leverage advanced analytical tools, business insight, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance performance, improve operational processes, and support client operations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and analyze complex operational problems and develop strategic solutions to resolve them.
- Execute tactical plans to address and mitigate operational issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand root causes of operational challenges and develop effective resolutions.
- Manage and lead problem-resolution projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation of solutions.
- Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve problem-solving approaches and operational processes.
- Own the Money Pass Locator and ensure members and participants remain compliant with Money Pass guidelines, including enforcement of fines or penalties for unresolved infractions.
- Review Dispute and Arbitration to ensure that operational rules are enforced, provide decisioning to review board.
- Support the adoption of AI technologies to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, and elevate the client experience through data-driven insights, automation, and continuous innovation.
- Support client contract tracking, including reviewing new contracts and amendments, logging key contract terms and special pricing, and advising appropriate MPG or Fiserv team members of required pricing updates.
- Ensure clients, partners, members, and participants receive timely, accurate, and relevant communications regarding network requirements and updates.
- Provide client fee invoice pricing maintenance support, including published invoice fee pricing updates and special contractual pricing updates.
- Support client invoicing operations, including card royalty billing, surcharge monitoring and billing, implementation fee billing, and research and response to billing-related client questions.
- Validate and monitor the accuracy of pricing and interchange setups on Money Pass.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations analysis, technical business analysis, client operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead operational initiatives, and drive timely resolution of business issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role will perform services for The Money Pass Group, a company that is jointly owned by Fiserv and Bridgeport Partners. Your employment initially will be with Fiserv, and Fiserv will lease your services to The Money Pass Group through December 31, 2026. As of January 1, 2027, employment with Fiserv will end and employment will transfer to The Money Pass Group.
Salary Range: $-$. These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
