Required Skills:

• Valid and current optometry license and certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of proven clinical experience in optometry
• Strong knowledge of eye health, vision correction, and ocular disease management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish, are highly preferred
• Willingness to drive to multiple locations (drive-in candidates preferred)

• Experience with FQHC clinics or similar community-based practices
• Familiarity with current diagnostic and treatment technologies
• Additional language skills

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
• At least two years of clinical optometry experience
• Prior experience in hospital or community clinic settings is advantageous

• Credentialing process may take 60-90 days
• Coverage available for licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements where applicable
• Candidates must be local or prepared to self-fund travel expenses, as the client does not cover travel costs
• The current schedule is Wednesdays and Fridays with potential additional hours at other locations
