Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage chart retrieval activities for IFP projects, ensuring completeness and quality Conduct outbound outreach to provider offices to request records and resolve deficiencies Perform daily quality audits of vendor submissions and maintain production tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of medical records and basic medical terminology Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe General understanding of healthcare privacy regulations Prior experience with medical records and EMR/EHR systems preferred
