• Own the strategy, definition, and delivery of software products in a customer-driven SaaS environment
• Define and prioritize product requirements and manage the product backlog
• Create product artifacts such as use cases and user personas to support development
• Lead product release planning and execution in collaboration with Engineering
• Represent the product with customers and stakeholders, presenting product vision and direction

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
• 6+ years of product management experience
• Proven success in launching and managing software products in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS and PaaS architectures and the software development lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority

• Experience in insurance technology, P&C insurance, Insur Tech, or Fin Tech
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and their application to product innovation
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product management tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product insights
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
