• Lead the FINS workstream for assigned accounts, ensuring effective execution of AMS methodologies
• Collaborate with offshore teams on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis
• Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required
• Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting, business process maintenance, and security administration
• Drive continual business process improvements and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Applications and 3-5 years in client-facing roles in a global delivery model
• Expert-level understanding of Workday Financials and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Integrations
• Workday Procure to Pay certification is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to solve complex issues

• Experience in a managed services environment
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on best practices for incident resolution
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in leading teams of consultants across various engagements
