• Serve as the onshore functional lead for Financials workstream, specifically Record to Report
• Collaborate with the GDC team on day-to-day activities, incidents, and root cause analysis
• Maintain the Workday platform focusing on reporting, business process maintenance, and data audits
• Proactively identify and develop reporting dashboards to enhance Workday utilization
• Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements to ensure timely project deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Certification in Workday Financials is required
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Workday report writing and analytics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and solve complex incidents effectively

• Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer issues
• Good analytical skills with a focus on best practices and suggestions for improvement
• Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
