- Manage tickets received at the Help Desk in a prompt and courteous manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Troubleshoot operating systems and hardware issues on computers and mobile devices
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Manage company anti-virus software
- Administer user accounts, group policy, and access guidelines
- Set up and deploy hardware and core software for new hires and existing employees
- Support IT functions and employees during the rollout of new technology (software, processes, or hardware upgrades)- Assist with IT support during mergers and acquisitions
** Salary Range:
